Flying Kites...
I haven’t read the Marathi novel, but somebody did mention about this: 
An employee is flying kite from the terrace of the office. It happens the same day is the inspection and the inspection officer finds the employee flying kite. He inquires why the employee flying kite during the office hours. The employee replies that he just thought of flying kite and immediately asked for official leave (which he is entitled) to fly kite.
When was the last time when we wished to “fly kite” and had taken an official leave for the same?
